1.The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule in the coming months on the legality of the tariffs imposed by the Trump administration under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. 2.The European Union has officially approved! A tax will be added to all cross-border small packages, which will take effect on July 1, 2026. A fixed tariff of 3 euros per piece will be levied on small packages worth less than 150 euros that enter the EU mainly through e-commerce channels. 3.The WTO has officially authorized the EU to impose trade countermeasures against the United States, allowing the EU to impose additional tariffs on U.S. goods worth no more than 13.64 million U.S. dollars each year. III. Foreign Trade News

1.Turkey has made a preliminary anti-dumping ruling on photovoltaic aluminum frames originating in China, deciding to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty/security deposit of 14.79% to 31.40% on the involved products based on the Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF). 2.On December 11, the European Union initiated an anti-dumping investigation on silicon-manganese steel wires originating in China. The investigation period is from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, and the EU CN code of the involved products is (ex) 7229 20 00. (China Trade Remedy Information Network)

3.According to the EU Rapid Alert System for Non-food Products, the WiFi outdoor sockets exported from China are unqualified. The product shell may crack over time, and water may enter the socket, causing electric shock to users. (Maofa Tong)
